As of March 1, 2010 we will be enforcing a new Cancellation Fee Policy. The policy is as follows:

If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation of an appointment

A $25.00 fee will be applied to your next visit for a cancelled appointment on a weekday.

A $50.00 fee will be applied to your next visit for a cancelled appointment on a Saturday.

*Exceptions may apply. A voicemail will be accepted as notification of a cancellation as voicemails are date and time stamped.
